This was a really informative, broad overview of Lean Six Sigma at White Belt Level, introducing all the necessary concepts clearly and concisely. Riaan and Clare are extremely knowledgeable tutors, and two people delivering the training keeps the course engaging, especially with their relaxed delivery style and sense of humour. The downloadable workbook was really helpful, and I'll definitely refer to it going forward. The speed of delivery is just right, and you are able to work through at your own pace.
